The growth of the circulating car park, not as many units present on the streets, but in terms of models and related types of vehicles on the market, coupled with the increased number of parts that compose a vehicle, requires for identification of spare parts and repair, a lot of information that the market and the operators were not prepared to handle both culturally and infrastructurally.
Meanwhile the stock management changed from vertical (a few articles many pieces) to horizontal (many articles few pieces), implying a significant increase in the number of transactions to meet clients needs, bringing out the vulnerability of the documentary process, inventory and price management.
Through the adoption of information and the creation of tools and procedures based on the concept of standards, we set ourselves the goal of making more efficient and less expensive to manage the logistics of spare parts. Thus facilitating the process of selling, market penetration, customer loyalty, consolidation of business presence in the territory, and exploration of new markets.
